Just a quick note I felt compelled to write to you. It is not often I write reviews. My daughters Wedding on 15 March 2013 was a great day for all of us. Your advice, support though out the process was fantastic. You were there from start to finish on the day with a clear focus for everything to run smoothly; your calm and positive approach was great to see. You take your role extremely seriously and the fact that you appreciate the importance of a wedding day to all parties concerned was appreciated. I am pleased we held the event at platinum.

I would recommend everyone to seek your advice on who to appont on catering, waiters, staging, flowers, photography and even cakes. I really don\'t care if you get kick backs or not from referring people, I know that I saved a lot of money and obtained quality service on areas where I sought your recommendations.

Thank you for making it a memorable event. Thank your niece also, who is extremely knowledgeable for her age!

Wedding Reception

Just want to thank you both for making our wedding day really special. The venue looked amazing, we could not have asked for a better Venue, the decor, table layout, everything was absolutely perfect. We loved everything about it. The waiters provided excellent service and were really polite.
All our guests were so happy with everything and said how much they loved the venue.

Our wedding took place on Saturday 17th March 2012, however, your help and support from the minute we booked, to the actual day was absolutely amazing. You delivered everything you promised and the changeover was just magnificent, that our guests are still talking about it now. We just couldn't have asked for better people to help us organise and deliver what we wanted on the day then the two of you.

Mendhi/Wedding

We hired the platinum suite on two occasions in November 2011 to celebrate a family wedding. We had viewed several venues in Leicester prior but nothing equaled or exceeded the platinum suite. Its ability to hold a large number of guests - around 600 very comfortably was a strong advantage and it's location and position made car parking easy yet accessible as it's within close proximity to city centre.

The owner met us on several occasions to discuss all elements of staging our events. His extensive portfolio of decoration ideas, reputable catering companies and DJ choices were fantastic. Organising two functioned events in itself is a mammoth task but management made this so much easier by guiding us in the right direction. After many food tastings and discussions over colour schemes/decoration ideas we eventually made our decisions. Their package deals to enhance your functions were competitive and impressive.

The venue is spacious, airy, modern and extremely functional. It definitely has the "wow" factor. From its impressive entrance, large floor space, bar area, multi functional kitchen facilities and upstairs room make this venue ideal for large scale parties, corporate events and special weddings like ours.

It's hard to find a venue that ticks all the correct boxes in Leicester city but the Platinum suite certainly does on all levels. It's upkeep is impressive and the personal touches that the management inject to ensure all aspects of your special day are accounted for is brilliant. You get the distinct feeling that they really want you to have the best and contribute 100% to its success.

Both functions exceeded our expectations and were a complete success.The Platinum suite was certainly the only choice for us and it simply is the jewel in the crown of upmarket,multi functional high scaled and top quality venues in Leicester today. Thank you.

After numerous searches across Leicester for our big day, we decided to choose the Platinum Suite. We were instantly taken by the interior and layout of the place. It met our requirements and we visualised our big day taking place there.

The year long planning for such a big day takes a lot time and effort and you both have the experience of dealing with this everyday. We would like thank you for all your help in putting our day together. We got what we visualised for and every element of the day was totally worth it. Our guests (Family and Friends) enjoyed the entire ceremony and we received a lot of good comments about the venue and the entire setting on the day.

Invaluable advice

Firstly I must say thanks for helping me to organise my wedding! The assistance you gave with decor was invaluable I found it quite quick & easy to organise all the details for the day.

I felt like on the day I had very little to worry about as I could rely on you to look after everything. You also kindly allowed us to store our drinks at the venue which saved us a lot of time on the wedding day. Riz even helped us move them.

Overall I would not hesitate to recommend the venue to friends or family.
